Circuit Training - 12 different stations to work all the muscles in the body.  Includes aerobic boards at each machine.

Stationary Bike - work the lower body

Treadmills - walk or run at your own pace or use one of the built-in programs

Parabody Strength Building -weights from 10 to 140 lbs for an all over workout  

Rebounder - aids in circulation, improves balance 

Hand Weights and Bench -weights from 2 to 40 lbs 

Cross Trainers - works both upper and lower body

Rowing Machine - all over body workout
